Flexible Cancellation Guarantee
This is an optional refund service offered by Bliss that allows you to cancel your bundled reservation (Footbath + Ski Tickets, if applicable) for any reason before the applicable cancellation deadline. If you cancel in time, Bliss will refund 80% of the reservation amount that would otherwise be non-refundable.
The cost of the guarantee is the difference in price between the flexible/refundable bundled reservation and the standard non-refundable bundled reservation. This guarantee fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is used or if the cancellation deadline has passed.
Full details will be provided in your purchase confirmation email.
A refund service provided by Bliss that allows you to cancel your Reservation for any reason, provided the cancellation request is made before the applicable deadline. Bliss will refund 80% of the Non-Refundable reservation price (or 69.57% of the Refundable reservation price), as confirmed in your purchase confirmation email. The cost of the Guarantee is non-refundable.

The Guarantee allows you to cancel your entire bundled reservation (Footbath only, or Footbath + Ski Tickets, if selected) for any reason, provided:
The cancellation request is made no later than 72 hours before your scheduled reservation time; and
None of the reserved services have been used (e.g., you have not checked in, redeemed tickets, or received the service).
Upon eligible cancellation, Bliss will refund 80% of the non-refundable bundled reservation price.
The cost of the Guarantee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the reservation is used or whether the cancellation deadline has passed.
The Guarantee allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason, provided:
you request to cancel at least 72 hours before the reservation time.
Upon eligible cancellation, Bliss will refund 80% of the equivalent Non-Refundable reservation price.

Cancellations initiated by Tsugaike Mountain Resort, YAMAAI CREW, or any third party (including closures, schedule changes, or operational reasons).
Cancellations made after the 72-hour cancellation deadline.
Cancellations made after any part of the bundled reservation has been used (e.g., if the Footbath or Ski Ticket has already been redeemed).
The Guarantee does not cover:
Cancellations initiated by Tsugaike Mountain Resort or UNPLAN

The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is priced as displayed at checkout. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is not used.
The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is priced into the Refundable reservation. The difference between a refundable reservation price and the non-refundable reservation price is the flexible cancellation fee and it is non-refundable, even if the service is not used.

If you purchased the Guarantee and wish to cancel your bundled reservation:
Do not contact YAMAAI CREW or the RESERVA platform.
All cancellation requests under this Guarantee are handled directly by Bliss.To request cancellation, you may either:
Reply directly to your Bliss Guarantee purchase confirmation email, or
Email support@blissguarantee.com with your reservation name, date, and confirmation number.
No proof or documentation is required. Bliss will verify eligibility and process your refund.
Refunds are generally initiated within 72–96 hours, and funds are typically received within 3–7 business days, depending on the payout method.
