The lift ticket purchased through Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort (Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field).
Flexible Cancellation Option
A cancellation option granted by Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort (Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field) as part of the sale conditions for its lift tickets. It allows you to cancel your Reservation at your own discretion — rather than at the resort's — before the applicable deadline and before the ticket has been exchanged for the actual lift ticket.
Cancellation requests and refunds are administered by Bliss Technologies Inc. on the resort's behalf. The refund amount is as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email. The difference between the Flexible Cancellation Option price and the standard price is non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION OPTION?
This option allows you to cancel your lift ticket for any reason, provided all of the following apply:
Cancel by March 28, 2027
Your ticket has not yet been exchanged for the actual lift ticket
Upon eligible cancellation, you are refunded 80% of the non-refundable ticket price (excluding the IC card deposit), plus the full IC card deposit of ¥1,000, in a single payment.
If you'd like to cancel, unless otherwise indicated, please contact Bliss.
Confirm your ticket has not yet been exchanged and is within the applicable deadline above, then email support@blissguarantee.com.
Bliss will review your request and coordinate with Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort (Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field) to confirm your ticket has been invalidated.
Once invalidation is confirmed, we'll send you a link to the refund portal. Enter your refund details there to complete the process.
No reason or supporting documentation is required. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after you submit your details via the portal.
