Flexible Cancellation Guarantee
A refund service provided by Bliss that allows you to cancel your Reservation for any reason, provided the cancellation request is made before the applicable deadline and before the pass/ticket has been used. Bliss will refund 80% of the Non-Refundable ticket price, as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email. The cost of the Guarantee is non-refundable.

What is the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee?
What is the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee?
The Guarantee allows you to cancel your Season Pass or Lift/Pack Ticket for any reason, provided:
Season Pass: Cancel by January 31, 2027 (or before first use)
Lift/Pack Ticket: Cancel by March 31, 2027 (or before first use)
Your pass or ticket has not been used
Upon eligible cancellation, Bliss will refund 80% of the Non-Refundable ticket price.

Confirm your pass is unused and within the applicable deadline above, then reach out to Bliss via one of the following:

Bliss Customer Support will review your request and coordinate directly with Iwatake Mountain Resort to confirm your pass has been invalidated. No action is required from you on Iwatake's side.
Once invalidation is confirmed, we'll send you a personalized link to our refund portal. You'll provide your refund payout details there to complete your request.
No proof or reason is required. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after you submit your details via the portal.
