The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is an optional refund service provided by Bliss. It allows you to cancel your season pass or daily lift ticket for any reason—as long as the pass or ticket has not been used and the request is submitted before the deadline.
Season Pass: Cancel by January 31, 2026, or before first use
Advance Tickets: Cancel by March 31, 2026, or before first use
Refund amount: 90% of the Non-Refundable ticket price
Season Pass: +10%
Advance Tickets: +7%
Guarantee fee is non-refundable
Refunds are based on 90% of the Non-Refundable ticket price
The Guarantee does not apply to:
Cancellations initiated by Tsugaike Mountain Resort
Cancellations after the applicable deadline
Tickets that have been issued or used
No. It must be purchased at the same time as the ticket.

Full name
Email address used at purchase
Ticket type (season pass or advance ticket)
Purchase method (online, etc.)
Preferred refund method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
Once confirmed by Tsugaike Mountain Resort, Bliss will process your refund. Refunds are usually initiated within 72–96 hours and received within 3–7 business days.
