
DEFINITIONS
The Season Pass or Lift/Pack Ticket purchased through Tsugaike Mountain Resort.
A refund service provided by Bliss that allows you to cancel your Reservation for any reason, provided the cancellation request is made before the applicable deadline and before the pass/ticket has been used. Bliss will refund 80% of the Non-Refundable ticket price, as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email. The cost of the Guarantee is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, contact Bliss directly using one of the options below. You do not need to contact Tsugaike Mountain Resort.

Bliss Customer Support will review your request and coordinate directly with Tsugaike Mountain Resort to confirm your pass has been invalidated. No action is required from you on Iwatake's side.
Once invalidation is confirmed, we'll send you a personalized link to our refund portal. You'll provide your refund payout details there to complete your request.
No proof or reason is required. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after you submit your details via the portal.
