FLEXIBLE CANcELLATION OPTION
Certain registration options include flexible cancellation terms, which allow a participant to cancel their registration under the conditions described below.
If you selected a registration option that includes flexible cancellation, you may cancel your registration for any reason up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the Event.
REFUND AMOUNT
For eligible cancellations submitted at least 72 hours before the Event start time:
The Event Organizer will issue a partial refund of USD $76 of the registration fee.
The refund amount is predetermined under the Event Organizer’s cancellation terms and does not vary based on the reason for cancellation.
Any remaining portion of the registration fee is non-refundable.
REFUND OBLIGATION
Any refund rights arise solely from the Event Organizer’s registration terms. All refunds are issued by the Event Organizer, not by Bliss.
The Event Organizer is solely responsible for:
Establishing cancellation and refund terms
Determining eligibility under those terms
Issuing refunds to participants
Complying with applicable consumer protection and payment regulations
Bliss does not insure, guarantee, underwrite, or indemnify any registration or refund.
ROLE OF BLISS
Bliss provides pricing analysis and tools to the Event Organizer, including:
Pricing analysis and tools related to flexible cancellation options
Technical infrastructure to facilitate cancellation requests
Administrative support to assist the Organizer with refund processing
Bliss acts solely as a refund facilitator, administrative agent, and technology service provider to the Event Organizer and does not:
Promise or guarantee refunds to participants
Assume responsibility for issuing refunds
Act as an insurer or provider of insurance
CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel a registration with flexible cancellation terms:
Submit a cancellation request through the Event registration platform or by contacting Bliss, which assists the Event Organizer with administrative processing. Submitting a cancellation request to Bliss does not create any refund obligation on the part of Bliss.
If the cancellation meets the eligibility requirements described in these Terms, the Event Organizer will issue the applicable refund.
Bliss may facilitate communication and technical processing on behalf of the Event Organizer but does not independently approve or deny refund requests.
EXCLUSION & LIMITATION
Refunds are not available if:
The cancellation request is submitted less than 72 hours before the Event start time
The Event has already commenced
The participant fails to follow the cancellation procedures provided by the Organizer
The registration was transferred, used, or otherwise invalidated prior to cancellation
NOn-Insurance DISCLOSURE
The flexible cancellation option is not insurance and is not a policy of insurance.
No coverage, indemnity, or protection against loss is provided. The flexible cancellation option constitutes a pricing and contractual term of the Event registration, as established by the Event Organizer.
LIMITATION OF BLISS's LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Bliss shall not be liable for refunds owed by the Event Organizer
Bliss’s role is limited to providing pricing, administrative, and technical services
Any disputes regarding refunds, cancellations, or registration terms must be directed to the Event Organizer
. Governing LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Event Organizer’s registration agreement and the jurisdiction in which the Event is organized.
