If you cancel your Booking at least 72 hours before the start of CompNet Phoenix Summer 2025, Bliss will refund the covered amount as listed in your confirmation email. Additional services or fees will not be refunded.
The FlexCancel Guarantee starts at 12:01 AM UTC on the day after you purchase your Booking and lasts until 72 hours before the event starts.
The FlexCancel Guarantee is a flexible “refund service” provided by Bliss.

The FlexCancel Guarantee costs a fixed amount as specified during the booking process. The FlexCancel Guarantee fee is non-refundable, even if you do not use the service.

If you decide to cancel your Booking at least 72 hours before the start of the event, and you have purchased the FlexCancel Guarantee, Bliss will refund $76 and your associated event ticket will be canceled. Additional services or fees will not be refunded.
No proof or documentation is required to use the FlexCancel Guarantee. Refunds should be processed within 7 days of you receiving confirmation of the cancellation of your Booking.
Specific Steps
Please email support@blissguarantee.com at least 72 hours before the start of your Booking if you wish to cancel and receive a refund. You will need to provide some basic information, including your Order ID Number and the Event.
CompNet and Bliss will reach out via email to confirm that your Booking cancellation has been processed. Following this confirmation, Bliss will issue you a refund within 72-96 hours. Refunds will be made in $USD and processed via ACH Transfer. Please note it may take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be transferred to your account.
