Parties & Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Flexible Cancellation option selected in connection with registration for GB World Summit 2026 (the “Event”).
The Event is organized and operated by Gracie Barra Events (the “Event Organizer” or “Organizer”).
By completing your registration, you enter into a registration agreement with the Event Organizer, including the cancellation terms selected at checkout. These Terms form part of that registration agreement.
The Flexible Cancellation option is a pricing and contractual term of the Event registration offered by the Event Organizer, with administrative and technical support provided by Bliss Technologies Inc. (“Bliss”).
definitions
Participant / You
The individual who completes registration for the Event.
A GB World Summit 2026 pass purchased through the official ticketing platform.
The base price of the Booking, excluding taxes, add-ons, or third-party services.
Flexible cancellation option
If you selected a registration option that includes Flexible Cancellation, you may cancel your Booking for any reason up to one (1) week prior to the start of the Event, no later than:
April 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local event time)
The Flexible Cancellation option applies only to the Booking itself. Additional services, add-ons, or third-party products are not refundable.
Flexible Cancellation eligibility begins at 12:01 AM UTC on the day after registration and ends exactly one week prior to the Event start date.
refund amounts
For eligible cancellations submitted within the applicable time window, the Event Organizer will issue a partial refund in the amounts set forth below, based on the registration category selected at checkout.
Refund amounts are fixed per registration category and do not vary based on the reason for cancellation.
(The Flexible Cancellation price is non-refundable, even if the option is not used.)
refund obligations
Any refund rights arise solely from the Event Organizer’s registration and cancellation terms.
The Event Organizer is solely responsible for:
Establishing cancellation and refund terms
Determining eligibility under those terms
Issuing refunds to participants
Complying with applicable consumer protection and payment regulations
Bliss does not insure, guarantee, underwrite, or indemnify any registration or refund.
role of bliss
Bliss provides pricing analysis, administrative, and technical services to the Event Organizer, including:
Tools related to flexible cancellation pricing
Technical infrastructure to facilitate cancellation requests
Administrative support to assist with refund processing
Bliss acts solely as a refund facilitator, administrative agent, and technology service provider to the Event Organizer and does not:
Promise or guarantee refunds to participants
Assume responsibility for issuing refunds
Act as an insurer or provider of insurance
cancellation process
To request a cancellation under the Flexible Cancellation option:
Submit a cancellation request through the registration platform or
Contact Bliss at support@blissguarantee.com, which assists the Event Organizer with administrative processing
Submitting a request to Bliss does not create any refund obligation on the part of Bliss.
If the cancellation meets the eligibility requirements described in these Terms, the Event Organizer will issue the applicable refund.
exclusions
Refunds are not available if:
The cancellation request is submitted after the applicable deadline
The Event has already commenced
The registration was transferred, used, or otherwise invalidated
The cancellation does not comply with the Organizer’s procedures
non-insurance disclosure
The Flexible Cancellation option is not insurance and is not a policy of insurance.
No coverage, indemnity, or protection against loss is provided. The Flexible Cancellation option constitutes a pricing and contractual term of the Event registration, as established by the Event Organizer.
. limitation of bliss's liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Bliss shall not be liable for refunds owed by the Event Organizer
Bliss’s role is limited to providing pricing, administrative, and technical services
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be directed to the Event Organizer

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Event Organizer’s registration agreement and the jurisdiction in which the Event is organized.
